Benjamín Costa Saavedra obtained his Law degree from Universidad del Desarrollo, graduating as an Attorney in 2019. He subsequently earned a Master’s Degree in Business Law from Universidad de los Andes between 2021 and 2022. From 2022 to 2023, he pursued a second Master’s Degree in Tax Law at the same university.
Prior to joining Santander Valdés, he worked as an Associate Attorney at WMG Abogados between 2019 and 2022, focusing his practice on Corporate, Real Estate, and Tax matters.
He currently advises individuals and companies on tax and corporate matters, with an emphasis on tax optimization, corporate reorganizations, family wealth restructuring and governance, tax consulting, tax litigation, audits and administrative proceedings before the Chilean Internal Revenue Service, international taxation, inheritance and gift tax matters, proceedings before the Chilean Treasury Department and municipal authorities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.
He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
